What is the Magnet?

Daxtra Magnet is an Internet browser add-on that references the online profile of an individual and matches it with your existing database records.

You can browse Job boards, Social Networks or individual web pages and link the information from relevant profiles to your internal recruitment system such as Taleo, Bullhorn, , Adapt, etc.

• If a match is found:

  You can instantly update it, add notes and actions, as well as link this person to a Job on your database – all directly from the Magnet window and without leaving your browser or even logging into your database.

• If a match can’t be found:

  You can instantly create a new record on your database at a click of a button. We call it “bringing the Internet Inside”.

• There are also some actions that can be performed for existing records and newly created records:

  Create and update candidate details in a single click Record and share notes and activities Link newly found candidates to vacancies and shortlists

Getting Started

Magnet is a Chrome plug in that can be quickly installed using a link and providing some basic database and server details.
