At the end of 2010 DaXtra engaged specialist marketing company MESO Marketing to conduct a survey of all of our customers across the globe.

Firstly, a huge thank you to all of our customers who were able to respond, the response rate was significantly higher than expected which we are delighted with. Having collated all the data we are very pleased with the result and are proud that we have such a high satisfaction rate across our diverse customer base.

Over 84% customers said our solutions saved them tangible hours day-in, day-out, which really demonstrates some of the power of daXtra.

 

Even more pleasing was a recommendation rate of over 90%, and that is despite some customers being too new to comment and a few deliberately (and seriously) saying they would not recommend us to others as they don’t want rival agencies to know about the competitive edge daXtra gives them!

Obviously there are some customers where things aren’t 100% perfect and naturally their issues are high on our list of priorities for 2011, as well as the new developments promised and teased through the questionnaire.

Finally, there can only be one winner of the brand new Apple iPad and we are delighted to award that to Stephen Rodgers from Peoplebank Australia. Here is the lucky man doing what any new owner of an iPad would do … logging into daXtraCapture!
