Our USA office is looking for a motivated project manager to setup and oversee multiple software delivery projects. The employee will need to establish and communicate tasks, milestone dates, statuses and manage project deliverables through to customer Go-Live.
Duties:
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements based on executed contract delivered by Sales team.
• Work with Sales team to transition newly executed contracts into an implementation project.
• Consults with client to scope optional, configurable or custom elements of projects.
• Liaise with local and remote installation engineers (in Edinburgh, Scotland) and technical support.
• Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
• Consult with senior management of important issues, operational concerns, and recommended infrastructure.
• Utilize communications skills to engage internal and external resources.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration
• Working Project Management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with and strong interest in software and hardware technology
• Exceptional organizational and time/management skills
• Proven analytic and problem solving skills
• Preferred knowledge within the North American staffing and recruitment industry
Additional Info:
• Position is in Richmond, VA. Telecommuting is not an option.
